Date/Time Summary: Monday and Fridays 4-8.45pm and Wednesdays 5-8.45pm. There will be no sessions on the 10th,12th,14th and 17th of April. Also there will be no sessions on the 1st and 29th of May.

Drop in to our 30 station gym and enjoy a workout. We have a wide range of equipment including fixed and free weights, plus running, stepping and cycling machines. The gym is supervised by instructors who are on hand to help you with technique and also planning workouts. We have regular group stretching and circuit sessions. You will be given a gym induction as part of your first visit.
These session run throgh half term.
